RO1 Roof Repairs and Maintenance:
Duratec has been engaged to complete roof repairs and maintenance to 52 buildings:
Roof tiles and roof plumbing for 21 buildings:
- Re-roof or partial re-roof to both tile and tin roof buildings.
- Roof plumbing (flashings, gutters, downpipes).
- Minor mechanical works (HVAC) associated with replacing roof.
Working at heights access systems for 31 buildings:
- Design, coordinate, fabricate and installation of new height safety systems.
- Identify, inspect, recertify and record all height safety access systems for ongoing maintenance and management.
