The Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre (SEC) is a public entertainment facility that comprises theatres, function rooms, café / bar and associated support facilities.
Project Details
Following an assessment of the existing facility, Shoalhaven City Council has undertaken to upgrade the facility in two key areas; Fire Safety Order Upgrade Works and Facility Performance & Risk Management Upgrades.
These works consist of removing all internal and external existing Alucobond aluminium composite panels. Once removed Duratec recladded all areas with a safe alternative to improve security and weather protection. The interior refurbishment involved a café/bar upgrade, a new glazed auto-sliding door installation, new awnings installation and extending existing feature steel framed screens.
