Confluence Water engaged Duratec for the supply, fabricate, and install the steel structure and piping for the biosolids upgrade project at North Head, Manly.
The project is divided into twelve lots. Prior to the manufacturing process, Duratec was hired to assess the integrity of the steel structure, finish the steel structure design, and check for pipe conflicts and re-route the pipes to prevent them. In addition, the task includes installing free-issue equipment provided by the client, such as pipelines, valves, and heat exchangers.

- Structure steel design
- Fabrication, supply, and installation of steel structure
- Fabrication, supply, and installation of piping including stainless teel, PVC and HDPE pipes
- Installation of the free issue equipment (i.e. pumps, valves, mixers, heat exchangers, conveyor, centrifuge, Gas burner, Air receiver, etc.)
- Fabrication, supply, and installation of hoppers
