Duratec was engaged to recoat the pitched roof of the main warehouse using rope access and to reclad sections of the roof that had corroded.
Details
The scope included:
- Removal of large redundant flues with a crane and rope access, followed by patching of voids.
- Two coats spray applied by painters over 2000m2.
- Hot works involved oxy-acetylene cutting for flue removal.
- 100m2 of corroded roof sections replaced.
