Duratec were engaged by LMM Solutions for the remediation and Early Contractor Investigation works for the inhabited complex in Macquarie, ACT.
Scope of Works
- Preliminary investigation of structural integrity, fire safety compliance and external water ingress.
- Demolition of existing base slab.
- Installation of new pad footings, fire collars and protection, and 28 new
concrete blade columns. - Application of vermiculite coating to exposed structural steel.
