Augility has engaged Duratec to deliver the following:
Repurpose Gymnasium and Clock Tower building into a secure and flexible training and lecture theatre including AV Installations.
Demolition of existing Staff Training building and design and construct new building using ‘turn key’ solution including ICT, soft and hard furnishings, keying, infrastructure enabling and personnel relocation.
Refurbish College Galley dining hall external cladding including lead paint removal and replace aged services, electrical, plumbing, drainage, sewer, HVAC and fire ensuring compliance with BCA, MFPE and Smart Infrastructure checklists.
Demolition of existing College Galley building and construction of new commercial kitchen with increased footprint and capability to enable meals to be served to cadets on a daily basis and cater to up to 300 people.
