Completed in 1992, 152 St Georges Terrace – the Central Park building – is the tallest office tower in Perth.
Details
It comprises a 51 level office tower of approximately 66,500m with on-site tenant and public car parking for 1,025 vehicles. The tip of the tower is 249 metres above the ground.
Duratec was engaged to clean, treat and paint the alpolic panels at the parapet levels to the north-west elevation signage facades of the building.
Over many years of weathering and UV exposure the signage had imprinted on the panels and required re-coating for a seamless aesthetic appearance.
