Important Details – Company Name Update
Effective from Wednesday, 25th March 2020, our company name changed from ‘Duratec Australia Pty Ltd’ to ‘Duratec Limited’. Additionally, as the name change suggests, this also involved conversion from a private company to public company status, although there has been no change in ownership associated with this change.
While the company name has changed to Duratec Limited and it is now a public company, the ABN and all other company structures remain the same, although we have also registered the business name ‘Duratec Australia’ against the existing ABN. This means our business relationships do not change and there is no need to novate, assign or vary any of the existing contracts or agreements.
