The project involved the use of rope access personnel to map and record defects on the precast concrete panels and ceramic glazed brickwork.
Carbonation testing was performed on selected precast concrete panels.
All findings were presented in a concise report including plain language explanation of the root causes of deterioration, remediation options and inclusive of realistic budget estimates to repair the building.
